Step-by-step guide for new customers

1. Find the products you want
If you know the type of product that you want, you can browse through our range in the categories that interest you; or search for products using the search facility at the top right hand corner of the Homepage

If you’re not sure what you want, why not let us inspire you with the special offers on our homepage!

2. Select products to order

Choose product options such as glasses or sunglasses, frame type, colour, lens tint or case  For advice on choosing frames and spectacle lenses, please see our FAQ section.

3. Register as a customer

If you have never shopped with BrilliantSpecs before, you need to register with us using the Registration page

4. Place your order at the checkout

Check that your order is correct
Choose the address where you want the order delivered
Choose whether to pay by credit or debit card
Choose whether you want Priority or standard delivery
Click the "Submit order" button to complete your order
You will receive an email from us confirming your order
